Shabbat Shalom to the Royal Family of Yehovah,
Pelosi as President?
With votes still legally allowed up until November 12, 2020, the USA elections can continue to drag on with no decisive winner. Many are upset that CNN was one of the first to declare Vice President Biden as the winner on projected votes. CNN and all the media are now calling foal on President Trump for not conceding to their projection.
President Trump have a number of states with very close results. Claims if election fraud have been made. Some of these claims have already been tossed out of court. Legally President Trump can challenge and have recounts on these close election results.
Should the presidency not yet be decided or in court litigation, then Prisident Trump would be removed from office on January 20, 2021. Biden would not take the office and from what I am understanding Nancy Pelosi would be acting president until the election was resolved.
Very scary and stressful times indeed.
Should Biden win, the senate is still controlled by Republicans and Congress lost seats to the Republicans but the Democrats still control the Congress. So we still have a divided nation with most of the nation voting Republican while the west and east coasts of the USA with higher populations voting Democratic. As of right now there is about 4 million votes separating in favour of the Democrats over the Republicans.
Interesting times indeed.
Despite President-elect Joe Biden’s victory, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says President Donald Trump is “100% within his rights” to question election results and consider legal options.
The Republican leader said Monday the process will play out and “reach its conclusion.”
Trump has declined to concede the presidential race and is mounting legal fights, but there has been no indication or evidence of voter irregularities or fraud in the election.
McConnell’s comments were his first public remarks after Biden was declared the winner on Saturday.
The Election is Not Over
by Chris Farrell
November 9, 2020 at 5:00 am
The election is not over. President Trump may wish to put down the golf clubs and get back to rallying his supporters.
As predicted and explained in “How to Steal an Election” – Parts I, II and III – the Left has manufactured an Election “season” (as opposed to “Day” as required by 2 U.S.C. §7), and the “journalists” of the news media have begun the relentless drumbeat of proclaiming “President-elect Biden.” That is make-believe.
The media does not determine the outcome of the election. Governors of states will send electors to Washington DC in early December. That is the Electoral College, and their vote will decide the presidential election. So, the string of reports and stories and projections and suppositions about the new Biden administration is all part of an information operation to psychologically condition the public to accept Biden/Harris as a fait accompli.
It does not help that President Trump has gone golfing at one of his clubs in Sterling, Virginia for the past two days. That is not a confidence-builder for the campaign staffers and party operatives out in the states he needs to legally challenge and flip. Rudy Giuliani is in Philadelphia, screaming. The president is golfing. You cannot make someone want the presidency.
In the intelligence world, we called that sort of activity “indications and warnings.” Demonstrated behavior is an indication (though not a guarantee) of intention. Perhaps President Trump is “done?” Maybe he has really had enough? I do not know.
What I do know, is that if President Trump were serious about challenging the outcomes in Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan. Wisconsin, Nevada and Arizona (maybe even Virginia), then he would be back on the campaign trail, holding rallies in those states. The best way to motivate the electorate, and the vote counters and the judges making rulings in the legal cases pending in the courts and jurisdictions of those states, is to show up. Woody Allen is credited with saying, “80 percent of life is showing up.” Thomas Edison is credited with saying, “Ninety per cent of a man’s success in business is perspiration.” Very different men, but there is a consistency in the wisdom. President Trump may wish to reconsider his leisure time should he wish to successfully challenge the currently scripted outcome of the election.
Meanwhile, there is lots of talk of “concession.” That is more nonsense. Think of it as when your larger, older cousin would demand you cry, “uncle” during a wrestling match. There is nothing legally or formally significant, relevant or binding about a concession. This is the media’s puerile fixation on humiliating Trump. They want him in front of the cameras, admitting defeat. Forever. And ever. The American public will see that video clip played and played, over and over for the next decade in order to make sure everyone knows that no political outsider will ever be allowed to become president ever again. You got that straight? Not ever. Americans will not know that the Japanese surrendered to General MacArthur in WWII, but they will see Trump’s concession speech. A lot.
We will continue to look at the lessons coming from this election and the consequences (intended and unintended) – but in the next month, look at what President Trump does, personally, to advance his claims and remedies for election malfeasance and gamesmanship. The consequences go beyond the outcome of this election – and reach all the way to whether we can have any faith in any electoral system without a radical overhaul to 21st century standards for veracity and surety of election results.
The president MUST get personally involved and FIGHT.

Iran offers Arab states ‘mafia deal’ of security or punishment after Trump
The message was clearly aimed at Gulf states and others that are partnered with the US.
By SETH J. FRANTZMAN NOVEMBER 9, 2020
Iran has sought to reach out to its Arab neighbors, with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif warning them that Trump will be leaving in seventy days but that Iran’s regime will remain “forever.” He urged them to realize that “betting on outsiders to provide security is never a good gamble.”
In Arabic and English he called for dialogue and to work together. The message was clearly aimed at Gulf states and others that are partnered with the US. Iran was offering them an opening, a message: Shift and join us or suffer in the future – the US will not protect you. This is a kind of carrot and stick approach, a mafia don offering security.
A sincere message to our neighbors: Trump’s gone in 70 days But we’ll remain here forever Betting on outsiders to provide security is never a good gamble We extend our hand to our neighbors for dialog to resolve differences Only together can we build a better future for all.
Foreign Minister spokesperson Saeed Khatibzadeh gave a long speech quoted at Fars News. He urged Iran’s neighbors to return to talks with Iran. “The Trump administration has gone in a very wrong direction over the past few years and the maximum pressure has reached the maximum failure. After the martyrdom of [IRGC Quds Force] General [Qasem] Soleimani, Iran resorted to the necessary reactions.
“Only the language of peace and respect responds to the dignity and civilized people of Iran,” he said. “It is still time to step back from our failed policies and the inhumane legacy of the United States and the charlatans and bankrupt people who are advising the current US administration. We are looking closely at the actions and careers of the future US administration.”
Iran’s Foreign Ministry continued, noting that “we have to rely solely on ourselves, and the only solutions are indigenous… let the logical path of decision-making move forward – and the most dangerous thing is to look at foreign policy from the outside,” he said.
Tehran is wondering about what might come next after Trump leaves. “Iran has had a continuous policy, that is, the policy of good neighborliness.” But he echoed Zarif’s warning that those who went and asked for US security protections would find that “they cannot always pay and lobby and buy security and kill the Yemeni people.” This reference was about Saudi Arabia’s intervention in Yemen since 2015.
“This is a clear message from Iran to them that we said seven years ago in this government and in previous years that still stands. We hope they reach the rationale that we need a local mechanism in the region. Iran is always ready,” Iran’s Foreign Ministry said. Here again Iran was promising Arab states a carrot and stick approach. If they obey Iran and work with its regime, then there will be security on Iran’s model, a “mechanism” from Tehran.
Zarif’s good-cop approach clearly leaves the “bad cop” in the background. Last year, Iran used drones and cruise missiles to attack Saudi Arabia. It has mined ships in the Gulf of Oman, sent proxies to attack US troops in Iraq, fired rockets at the Kurdish regional capital of Erbil, attacked Kurdish dissidents in Koya, threatened tribes allied with the US in Deir Ezzor, and pushed Hezbollah to threaten Israel from the Golan.
Iran’s friends in Lebanon, among Hezbollah and Badr parliament members in Iraq, have all joined calls by the IRGC in Iraq to work closely with China. Iran is therefore quite clear now in messaging that it offers peace and security under its umbrella in the region. The quiet message behind this entreaty – to be nice to Tehran as Trump leaves – seems to be that those who don’t accept and bend the knee will face the wrath.
Putin says he won’t congratulate Biden until ‘legal processes’ are completed
Russian President Vladimir Putin is refusing to congratulate Joe Bidenupon his election to president-elect on Saturday, because there are still “legal processes” to go through.
Russia would only recognise a new president on confirmation of “official results,” his spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday, without elaborating on what exactly that would mean.
“We believe the correct thing to do is wait,” he told journalists. “President Putin has on many occasions said he would respect any choice the American nation makes.”
Former vice-president Biden beat incumbent Donald Trump in the race to the White House on Saturday, after securing Pennsylvania’s crucial 20 electoral college votes.
US Russia relations are already at their worst since the Cold War, but the Kremlin’s stance underlines a belief things are unlikely to get better with a known adversary at the helm.
Personal relations between Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden are known to be problematic. In a 2014 interview to the New Yorker, then VP Biden claimed he had told Putin he had “no soul”.
In the absence of an official response over the weekend, it was left to the Sunday propaganda news shows to outline the likely position. In what appeared to be a deliberate snub, the flagship Vesti Nedeli led with Friday’s news of the death of a famous Soviet comic. When it did get round to reporting on the US election, it depicted both Mr Biden and Mr Trump as quarrelling candidates accusing each other of fraud.
As well as Russia, the leaders of China, Brazil and Turkey are also holding out in sending any congratulations to Mr Biden.
I just got a report that China has now congratulated Biden after the Arizona elections were projected in his favour.

This year I have seen many people post or I have heard many more say just how much they hate 2020. My wife, my kids, people on TV and even many of the Brethren. Everything is being disrupted. Family gatherings social events, sporting events, holiday travels and on and on it goes. Jobs, and just visiting your neighbours or letting the kids go next door. Everything has changed this year around the world. Everyone wants it to get back to normal. They want to return to what they once had. They do not want to accept the new normal
Who has been telling you about 2020, now for 15 years?
Yes, Sightedmoon.com has.
We wrote you about this last week and we listed all the things that have happened this year to date. No one commented on it. No one stepped up to say they wanted to help us share this warning with the little time we have left.
This week a brother asked me a question about one of my posts I had on FaceBook. I will let you read my response.
shalom Brandon while the world has strong opinions both for and against both Biden and Trump and as you can see so do the brethren on both sides, neither one matters who is in charge.
You Brandon are the only one to ask the pertinent question. Why did I post this????
Great question by the way. Great question.
15 years ago in 2005 I was shown the chronology of mankind through the jubilee cycles. Furthermore I was shown that in the middle of the 120th jubilee cycle of mankind terrible things would begin to happen to the nation given the name of Israel. Daniel 9 tells us that the 12 tribes of Israel would be a nation, a great nation and a group of nations for 70 jubilee cycles starting when Yehovah spoke to Moses at the burning bush.
During these 70 jubilee cycles Israel was to obey Yehovah and be righteous and to be a great example to the nations. If they did not obey Yehovah was going to destroy them all except for a remnant. And Yehovah said that destruction would begin in the middle of the 70th jubilee cycle. That year was and is 2020. We even told everyone it would begin at Shavuot May 31 2020.
No one listened. No one believed us.
COVID 19 was declared a worldwide pandemic on March 10. The day I kept Passover. No one repented. Not Israel or the nations.
April a biblical sized locust swept East African Saudi Arabia Pakistan India Iran and China. No one repented. Not Israel not the world.
April the UN warned first that 135 million people were on the verge of a famine and then again in June 2020 they warned 270 million would be in an apocalyptic sized famine by December 2020. No one repented. Not Israel and not the world. Then George Floyd was murdered and on the the very weekend we have been warning about for the past 15 years, riots began across the USA and the world. They turned into looting and burning and people killed. Militants came together on both sides to defend against the other side. No one repented. Israel did not repent. This was followed by the worse wildfire season ever. It was so bad that it was dark at noon in many cites on the west coast. Millions evacuated. Thousands of homes destroyed. No one repented. Israel did not repent. Then we had this bitter election and the country of Israel split down the middle. Just 4 million votes between the two. The fight for control continues and Israel does not repent confusion is taking a hold. And the people still do not repent.
COVID is now beginning the second wave around the world. Nations are once again locking down. More died of the Spanish flu in the second wave than in the first. Is the same thing about to happen to us now. And Israel does not repent not the people nor the brethren. Biden and Trump are but pawns on Yehovah’s chess board.
2020 begins the judgment of Israel for not obeying Yehovah. No one is repenting. And as He warned us in Lev 26 the next one is seven time more for our sins.
Why do I post this and other articles? As a witness to each leg of the curses of Yehovah that are being sent upon us until we are destroyed and in the hope that some might see what is going on and repent and begin to obey Yehovah and love one another.
And this now brings me to you Brethren. This week the Philippines suffered another Typhoon and it hit the area in which many brethren live, and large areas of Manila were flooded up to the roof’s. I have walked the streets of this area and I have seen the pictures.
You can see from the list of storms below when they came this year and the severity of them. Vamco hit November 11, and has done all the flooding above. Manila and surrounding area is suffering right now
I have this Friday morning received the following report from Brother Aike about the Torah School and how the Typhoon has done damage to it..
The USA has also had a record number of Hurricanes this year with Eta hitting the Florida coast for the 2nd time this week. They have now set a record with the most named storms in one season and they are not done yet.
The Philippines and the USA are both Christian nations. The Philippines is more religious than the USA. And the Philippines is much more humble than the USA. Way more.
I wrote November 12, 2020 to our contacts in the Philippine Government asking how we could help. I have only heard from Aike that there is damage to the Torah Center and to the road that leads to it.
I keep going back to Revelation and the message to the 7 churches.
Rev 3:7And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: He who is holy, He who is true, He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts; and shuts and no one opens, says these things:
Rev 3:8I know your works. Behold, I have given before you an open door, and no one can shut it. For you have a little strength and have kept My Word and have not denied My name.
Rev 3:9Behold, I give out of those of the synagogue of Satan, those saying themselves to be Jews and are not, but lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.
Rev 3:10Because you have kept the Word of My patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation which will come upon all the habitable world, to try those who dwell upon the earth.
Rev 3:11Behold, I come quickly. Hold fast to that which you have, so that no one may take your crown.
Rev 3:12Him who overcomes I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will go out no more. And I will write upon him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of Heaven from My God, and My new name.
Rev 3:13He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
If we are part of this Church, this Ekklesia, what are our works?
Rev 3:8I know your works. Behold, I have given before you an open door, and no one can shut it. For you have a little strength and have kept My Word and have not denied My name.
We have kept the Sabbath. We have kept the Holy Days. We have kept the Holy Days according to the Barley being Aviv and the crescent moon to begin the month. We have kept the Sabbatical Years. (Well, I have now kept two of them since I learned about them. In 2009 and 2016.) And we do not deny HIs name of Yehovah.
The open door is in reference to Yehshua, the door. It is open to us. No one can prevent us from going through it.
Since I began to keep the Sabbatical years and the Holy Day using the barley to begin the year, I have not had one severe storm that has caused me to be scared or worried as far as I can remember. We have always had nice rains and pleasant weather. Does being righteous guarantee good weather and good conditions? No. Noah had a flood in his days. Job lost all of his family.
Job 1:1There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job. And that man was perfect and upright, and one who feared God and turned aside from evil.
Job 1:2And there were born to him seven sons and three daughters.
Job 1:3And his possessions were seven thousand sheep and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household, so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east.
Job 1:4And his sons went and feasted in the house of each one on his day. And they sent and called for their three sisters to eat and to drink with them.
Job 1:5And when they had gone around the day of feasting, Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all. For Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned and cursed God in their hearts. So Job did always.
Job 1:6And a day came when the sons of God came to present themselves before Jehovah. And Satan also came among them.
Job 1:7And Jehovah said to Satan, From where do you come? Then Satan answered Jehovah and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
Job 1:8And Jehovah said to Satan, Have you set your heart against My servant Job, because there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and upright man, one who fears God and turns away from evil?
Job 1:9And Satan answered Jehovah and said, Does Job fear God for nothing?
Job 1:10Have You not made a hedge around him, and around his house, and around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his livestock have increased in the land.
Job 1:11But put forth Your hand now, and touch all that he has, and he will curse You to Your face.
Job 1:12And Jehovah said to Satan, Behold, all that he has is in your power. Only do not lay your hand upon him. And Satan went forth from the presence of Jehovah.
Job 1:13And a day came when his sons and his daughters were eating and drinking wine in their oldest brother’s house.
Job 1:14And there came a messenger to Job and said, The oxen were plowing, and the asses feeding beside them.
Job 1:15And the Sabeans fell on and took them away. Yea, they have killed the servants with the edge of the sword. And I only have escaped alone to tell you.
Job 1:16While he was still speaking, there also came another and said, The fire of God has fallen from the heavens and has burned up the sheep and the servants, and destroyed them. And I only have escaped alone to tell you.
Job 1:17While he was still speaking, there also came another and said, The Chaldeans made out three bands and swooped down upon the camels, and have carried them away, yea, and have killed the servants with the edge of the sword. And I only have escaped alone to tell you.
Job 1:18While he was still speaking, there also came another and said, Your sons and your daughters were eating and drinking wine in their oldest brother’s house.
Job 1:19And, behold, a great wind came from the wilderness and struck the four corners of the house, and it fell upon the young men, and they are dead. And I only have escaped alone to tell you.
Job 1:20And Job arose, and tore his robe, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground and worshiped.
Job 1:21And he said, I came naked out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return there. Jehovah gave, and Jehovah has taken away. Blessed be the name of Jehovah.
Job 1:22In all this Job did not sin, nor charge God foolishly.
But it is Yehovah’s desire to do good to us if we obey Him.
And once Yehovah had taught the lesson that He wanted Job to understand He blessed Job exceedingly.
Job 42:4Hear, I beseech You, and I will speak; I will ask You, and You will cause me to know.
Job 42:5I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear; but now my eye has seen You.
Job 42:6Therefore I despise myself, and repent in dust and ashes.
Job 42:7And it happened after Jehovah had spoken these words to Job, Jehovah said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against you and your two friends. For you have not spoken of Me what is right, as My servant Job has.
Job 42:8And now take to yourselves seven young bulls and seven rams, and go to My servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering. And My servant Job will pray for you. Surely I will lift up his face so as not to do with you according to your foolishness, in that you have not spoken of Me what is right, like My servant Job.
Job 42:9And Eliphaz the Temanite, and Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite, went and did as Jehovah commanded them. Jehovah also accepted the face of Job.
Job 42:10And Jehovah turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends. Also Jehovah added to Job all that had been his, to double.
Job 42:11And came to him all his brothers, and all his sisters, and all those who had known him before. And they ate bread with him in his house, and consoled him and comforted him over all the evil that Jehovah had brought on him. Each one also gave him a piece of money, and each one a ring of gold.
Job 42:12And Jehovah blessed the latter days of Job more than the beginning. For he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses.
Job 42:13He also had seven sons and three daughters.
Job 42:14And he called the name of the first, Jemima; and the name of the second, Keziah; and the name of the third, Keren-happuch.
Job 42:15And in all the land there were not found women as beautiful as the daughters of Job. And their father gave them inheritance among their brothers.
Job 42:16After this Job lived a hundred and forty years, and he saw his sons, and his sons’ sons, four generations.
Job 42:17And Job died, being old and full of days.
Php 2:12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, cultivate your own salvation with fear and trembling.
Php 2:13 For it is God who works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.
Php 2:14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings,
Php 2:15 so that you may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation. Among these you shine as lights in the world,
Php 2:16 holding forth the Word of Life, so that I may rejoice with you in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain nor labored in vain.
What is Yehovah doing with the world in this year of 2020 with so many disasters and so much pain and suffering? Have you figured it out yet?
Yes, you should know that we have begun the judgment of Israel during these 2300 Days. It is now happening and no one is repenting. Are you? Are we self examining the things we do and the things we do not do? Are we praying and repenting in our own lives.
The Hebrew language is an action language. It is one of doing things. Yes you can pray, but you also have to act. You cannot just do one or the other. You need to do both.
Jas 2:14My brothers, what profit is it if a man says he has faith and does not have works? Can faith save him?
Jas 2:15If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food,
Jas 2:16and if one of you says to them, Go in peace, be warmed and filled, but you do not give them those things which are needful to the body, what good is it?
Jas 2:17Even so, if it does not have works, faith is dead, being by itself.
Jas 2:18But someone will say, You have faith, and I have works. Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith from my works.
Jas 2:19You believe that there is one God, you do well; even the demons believe and tremble.
Jas 2:20But will you know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
Jas 2:21Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
Jas 2:22Do you see how faith worked with his works, and from the works faith was made complete?
Jas 2:23And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was imputed to him for righteousness, and he was called the friend of God.”
Jas 2:24You see then how a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.
Jas 2:25And in the same way, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she had received the messengers and had sent them out another way?
Jas 2:26For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
What works are going to follow your prayers?
You know the Jubilee Cycles reveal end time prophecy. You have prayed about it and understand it. You now see the many huge events of 2020 and what are you doing about it? Have you contacted your Pastors, the TV evangelists, the Government leaders? What are you doing to warn others?
Are you telling others are are you saying “Oh I did that once. Someone got mad at me and I quit. Or no one responded.”
Millions are soon going to die. You know this is coming. What are you doing?
Eze 33:1And the Word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
Eze 33:2Son of man, speak to the sons of your people, and say to them: When I bring the sword on it, on a land, and take one man from the people of the land, of their borders, and set him for their watchman;
Eze 33:3if, when he sees the sword come on the land, he blows the trumpet and warns the people,
Eze 33:4then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, if the sword does come and take him away, his blood shall be on his own head.
Eze 33:5He heard the sound of the trumpet and did not take warning. His blood shall be on himself. But he who takes warning shall deliver his soul.
Eze 33:6But if the watchman sees the sword coming, and does not blow the trumpet and the people are not warned; if the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity. But I will require his blood at the watchman’s hand.
Eze 33:7And you, son of man, I have set you a watchman to the house of Israel. Therefore you shall hear the Word from My mouth, and warn them from Me.
You know and yet you are silent. You know and yet you have not yet begun to support this work. Our brethren need help. Our strength is very little. But we know how to save many if they would keep the Next Sabbatical year in 2023-2024 along with the Sabbath and Holy Days. Who else is teaching this? What other ministry is teaching this?
We can reach an entire nation in the Philippines and in Burundi. But we cannot do it ourselves. Millions in Manila have now been humbled by the most recent Typhoon. They want to repent and obey Yehovah but they do not have enough teaching them these truths. They do not know what to repent of. In the USA they are not humbling themselves and are not repenting. Do you see the difference?
Will you help us to reach those who are ready to repent and obey?
I am fully aware of the situation in Joshua where the sins of one person was reflected upon the entire nation of Israel.
Jos 7:1But the sons of Israel committed a sin in the cursed thing. For Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, took of the thing which was cursed. And the anger of Jehovah was kindled against the sons of Israel.
Jos 7:2And Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is beside Beth-aven, on the east side of Bethel. And he spoke to them, saying, Go up and look over the country. And the men went up and spied out Ai.
Jos 7:3And they returned to Joshua and said to him, Let not all the people go up. But let about two or three thousand men go up and strike Ai. Do not make all the people labor there, for they are few.
Jos 7:4And about three thousand men of the people went up there. And they fled before the men of Ai.
Jos 7:5And the men of Ai struck about thirty-six men of them, for they chased them from before the gate to Shebarim, and struck them in the road going down. Therefore the hearts of the people melted and became as water.
Jos 7:6And Joshua tore his clothes and fell to the earth on his face before the ark of Jehovah until the eventide, he and the elders of Israel, and put dust on their heads.
Jos 7:7And Joshua said, Alas, O Lord God, why have You at all brought this people over Jordan to deliver us into the hands of the Amorites, to destroy us? And, oh that we had been content and lived on the other side Jordan!
Jos 7:8O, Lord, what shall I say when Israel turns their backs before their enemies?
Jos 7:9For the Canaanites and all the inhabitants of the land shall hear, and shall surround us, and shall cut off our name from the earth. And what will You do for Your great name?
Jos 7:10And Jehovah said to Joshua, Get up! Why do you lie on your face this way?
Jos 7:11Israel has sinned, and they have also broken My covenant which I commanded them, and have even taken of the cursed things, and have also stolen and pretended falsely. And they have even put it among their own stuff.
Jos 7:12And the sons of Israel could not stand before their enemies. They will turn their backs before their enemies, because they have become cursed. I will not be with you again, unless you destroy the one who is cursed from among you.
Jos 7:13Up! Sanctify the people and say, Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow. For thus says Jehovah, the God of Israel, A cursed thing is in the midst of you, O Israel. You cannot stand before your enemies until you take away the cursed thing from among you.
Can we as a small group work together to bring good upon a nation? Can we pray and work together for this cause as one body? We have begun to form a corporation to do good works in the Philippines and Burundi and other places as we can. There is more room for people who want to help do a work. Send me an email if you want to be part of this.
It is going to get much worse than 2020 already is. People will look back and long for the tranquility of 2020 in the years to come. But some of us will be busy preparing a people for their role in these end times gathering the remnant of Israel. How will you spend the time remaining? Will it be doing a work or watching and dreading the coming calamities?
The Barley and Why We Search For It
We have been explaining the history of the calendar for the past several newsletters. We have shown you how the crescent moon has been in use since at least Noah and was not changed until Rome instituted the Solar calendar.
We have also shown you how Roman persecution drove the remaining Jews out of the land of Israel. This in turn caused Rabbi Hillel, the Nasi to create and instruct all of the Jews of that time to use a calculated calendar to determine the dates of the holy days.
They had to do this because they did not have anyone to witness the new crescent moon.
Having understood this history and how we arrived at this point you should be capable of understanding that with no witnesses to sight the moon you also do not have any witnesses to search for and determine when the barley would be ready to begin the year.
This then led to the Metonic Cycles being implemented in order to keep the Holy Days in there proper seasons.
Last week we explained the importance of understanding what the barley represented in the plan of Salvation. The barley represented the first Saints raised from the grave as told in Matt 27.
Mat 27:51 And see, the veil of the Dwelling Place was torn in two from top to bottom, and the earth was shaken, and the rocks were split,
Mat 27:52 and the tombs were opened, and many bodies of the set-apart ones who had fallen asleep were raised,
Mat 27:53 and coming out of the tombs after His resurrection, they went into the set-apart city and appeared to many.
This is a HUGE understanding in Yehovahs plan of Salvation. HUGE!!
This understanding helps you know why we use the barley for the Passover season and why we use wheat for the Shavuot season.
The barley represented a resurrection of the Saints at that time in 31 CE. This then shows us that the wheat represents another resurrection of all the Saints who have lived and died since 31 CE up until Shavuot, which believe will take place in 2033 at the end of the Great Tribulation.
The book of Revelation then shows you that at the end of the 7th millennium, the one that begins in the year 2045, that all those who have since Adam and not obeyed will be raised and judged at that time. This resurrection is shown to us in the harvest of all the fall fruits and vegetables at Sukkot each year
Lev 23:10 “Speak to the children of Yisra’ěl, and you shall say to them, ‘When you come into the land which I give you, and shall reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first-fruits of your harvest to the priest.
It was forbidden to eat or even reap any newly grown crops of the five species of grain (wheat, barley, oats, rye, and spelt) before the harvesting of the Omer.
Lev 23:14 And you shall eat neither bread, nor parched grain, nor green ears, until the same day, until you have brought an offering to your God. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
Unique among offerings in the Temple, the Omer offering was brought with great fanfare. This is how Maimonides describes it:
On the Friday before the Sabbath that fell during the Days of Unleavened Bread during the season of Passover, the agents of the court would go out to the field and tie the barley into bundles while it was still attached to the ground so that it would be easy to reap. After the Sabbath was ended, the Sabbath during the Days of Unleavened Bread, all of the inhabitants of all the neighbouring villages would gather so that it would be reaped with much fanfair. They would have three men reap three se’ah of barley in three baskets with three sickles.
When it became dark, the reapers would ask those standing in attendance:
“Has the sun set?” They would answer: “Yes.” “Has the sun set?” They would answer: “Yes.” “Has the sun set?” They would answer: “Yes.”
“Is this a sickle?” They would answer: “Yes.” “Is this a sickle?” They would answer: “Yes.” “Is this a sickle?” They would answer: “Yes.”
“Is this a basket?” They would answer: “Yes.” “Is this a basket?” They would answer: “Yes.” “Is this a basket?” They would answer: “Yes.”
Afterwards, they would ask:
“Should I reap?” They would answer: “Yes.” “Should I reap?” They would answer: “Yes.” “Should I reap?” They would answer: “Yes.”3
After reaping, they would bring the barley to the Temple courtyard where it would be left to stand over night and early in the morning they would begin to process and prepare the barley for the offering that Sunday morning.
The barley was then beaten because the heads would still be green, winnowed and then roasted over the fire in a cylinder to remove the remaining water from the kernels. The kernels were then spread out in the Temple courtyard and the wind wafted through it. The barley was then brought to a mill and ground to produce three se’ah (approximately 6.5 gal.), and after it had been sifted with 13 sifters, an issaron (one-tenth) was removed.
This issaron of fine barley flour was taken and mixed with oil, and a handful of frankincense was placed upon it. It was waved in the eastern portion of the Temple courtyard in all four directions—up, down, right and left. It was then brought close to the tip of the southwest corner of the altar like the other meal offerings. A handful of the meal was taken and offered on the altar’s pyre. The remainder was eaten by the priests like the remainder of all other meal offerings.
This is Maimonides who is telling us the procedure for this wave offering.
Again let us review which part of the Barley we are to offer up here.
Lev 23:10 Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, When you have come into the land which I give to you, and shall reap the harvest of it, then you shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest.
Lev 23:11 And he shall wave the sheaf before Jehovah to be received for you. On the next day after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.
It is to be the FIRST Fruits of the crops. A Sheaf of the barley. The first fruits. Not the second or the third or the last fruits. It is to be the very first fruits.
This is why we search for the first fruits. This why we go out and check the fields and see what condition they are in. This is why we become experts in the ripening process of the barley and know how many days it takes for the barley to go from the boot stage to the soft dough stage.
Once it is in the dough stage it can then ripen over night once it is cut.
We tend to look for the barley towards the end of the 12th month. Then we can guesstimate if it will be ready in time for the Days of Unleavened Bread and wave sheaf day.
But what if we are wrong and the barley is not ready by Passover when we thought it would be? This is when an extra month is then added in to give the barley another 30 days to get ready. But none can be harvested during this 30 days if it become ripe earlier than expected. This is why getting the barley at the proper stage is so crucial.
To present what is not the first fruits would be a sin before Yehovah. To wait would cause the farmers to potentially lose the crop as it reseeds itself while we waited for the wave sheaf day ceremony. Only after that could the rest of the grains be harvested.
Lev 23:14And you shall eat neither bread, nor parched grain, nor green ears, until the same day, until you have brought an offering to your God. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
Do you see the importance of this day yet?
We are also told the day we are to put the cycle to the grain. It is the very same day that the wave offering is conducted.
Lev 23:15And you shall count to you from the next day after the sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete.
Lev 23:16To the next day after the seventh sabbath you shall number fifty days. And you shall offer a new food offering to Jehovah.
Now read this same command in Deut
Deu 16:9You shall count seven weeks to yourselves. Begin to count the seven weeks from the time you began to put the sickle to the grain.
This is telling you that after the Sabbath when the grain is cut which is the first day of the week, that this is when you are to begin your count to Shavuot. And it is at this time when they begin to cut the barley, on this first day of the week after the sun has set at the end of the Sabbath.
